Used for paper and cardboard test tool

We many important criteria in the paper and cardboard industry has developed a special test tools.Below is just to choose a small part of the application of these tools: compression test/crush resistance test, the determination of burst strength, puncture test, bending test, friction test and so on.

Compression test device (FCT has grown, ECT)

Application:

  • According to ISO 3035, EN 23035 and TAPPI T 825 standard, the determination of single and single layer of flat crush strength of corrugated paper (FCT has grown)
  • According to DIN EN ISO 3037 and TAPPI T 811 standard, the determination of edge crush strength of corrugated board (ECT)
  • By CMT test, according to DIN EN ISO 7263 and TAPPI T 809 standard, the determination of the flat crush strength of corrugated board
  • According to DIN 53134 (had withdrawn), ISO 12192 and 822 standards, TAPPI T determine the ring crush strength of paper and cardboard (RCT) (need ring crush strength test device, the order no. 316243).

Function description:

  • Under compression test equipment includes a clamp and a clamp (with guide block).Test, test material in between the two pressure plate, and then through the linking piece is compressed.
